Passage: Matthew 6:33-34
33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
1. Jesus is telling us to focus on what is important to him. If Jesus is your king, your attitude and actions need to reflect the King. If you do that, what will happen?
2. What do you think Jesus would tell you about your anxiety, based on this passage?
3. Would it be a good idea to process what you’ve been learning with a trusted friend so that you can pray for each other? Ask God to help you focus on him and align your attitudes and actions with his.
